VIPs have an advantage to stay on top of their health.

The thought has crossed your mind many times. You want to prioritize your health and get properly checked out. But life happens. You get derailed by all the friction.

You see the potential of a deeper health analysis - but don’t know who to entrust with something so important.

One-off expensive appointments, tests, and supplements you’ve tried left you underwhelmed: isolated fixes sold to you were neither sustainable nor integrated into your life.
Is any of this familiar:
  • It’s not clear what you should do daily, weekly, and a few times a year to stay on top of your health. No one seems particularly concerned with setting this up for you
  • You don’t know if health advice you get is appropriate for your unique situation, or if a different expert is out there who could give you better recommendations
  • Between scattered test results and a bunch of MyChart records, your medical records feel totally fragmented and disorganized
  • Test results that need action and follow-ups are falling through the cracks
  • When you do go to doctor or PT appointments, you find them to be mostly a waste of time

Standalone health testing ≠ a system

A bit about Carte Clinics

Carte Clinics is known for in-depth annual memberships for $35-$65k, where we connect clients to world-leading experts and attend to health goals daily to enact the best possible outcomes.

Now for the first time, we're offering our signature interdisciplinary approach to health in a streamlined one-time physical that's accessible to anyone.

Read below to learn about the session we designed, combining components of longevity assessments that you'd otherwise have to travel and vet five times separately, and meet the experts integrating the results.

What VIPs do differently: make a few concentrated investments in reliable systems.

We created The Carte Longevity Session inspired by our work with VIPs and clients striving for the best possible health outcomes. We saw that success required going about health differently.

Our enemy is complexity. The successful don’t impulse buy random health tests online. The successful don’t make appointments to see doctors or trainers who aren’t vetted.

We’ve learned to ruthlessly simplify and consolidate. Only the best coaches. Only the most convenient scheduling. Only the tests that make sense.

Our plans don’t hinge on everything going right and our best selves always. They are targeted, and not so unpleasant and annoying they’ll be avoided. They are built for real life.

The Carte Longevity Session is a first pass on health built for real life.

Not everyone wants to (or can) spend 40-60 thousand dollars a year on physician guidance. But anyone can, in one morning, reap the benefits of the best-of-the-best team and testing we’ve distilled from our time with those clients.

You’ll leave with a high-resolution picture of where you stand that is more thorough and actionable than a standard physical or even a hospital-based executive physical.

This session exists for you. No matter who you are, no matter what constraints have been holding you back from prioritizing health, you can make progress in 90 minutes.

Come for a pleasant, concierge experience with you at the center. After we draw your fasting labs, enjoy a gourmet breakfast and good conversation with other clients. Taking care of your health should feel good, after all.

Your session,
seamlessly curated.

DEXA BODY SCAN

Body composition analysis assessing visceral fat, lean mass and distribution, and bone health.
Why it’s included: not everyone needs a full-body MRI, but everyone should know if they have visceral fat and track their muscle to fat ratios over time and know their bone density. Also a great text to track over time.

90 BIOMARKERS

Testing selected by our physicians for superior signal-to-noise ratio and breadth beyond routine physicals.
Why it’s included: there are few things with as direct an association with injuries and joint damage than how we move through space. This is often neglected in the medical system and it is hard to find skilled practitioners.

PT ASSESSMENT

Functional movement assessment to evaluate strength, balance, mobility, plasticity, with focused risk targeting.
Why it’s included: There is a big difference between an excellent dermatologist and an average one. Everyone should get a full-body assessment of their skin and hair, and not purely “medical” or “cosmetic” but both.

DERMATOLOGIST

Longevity-focused skin evaluation (and prescriptions) by a dermatologist otherwise currently waitlist-only.
Why it’s included: There are some core markers we believe clients should get checked that aren’t in annual check ups or even by specialists because of insurance coverage. We think they’re worth the out-of-pocket cost.

CARTE CONSULTS

A Carte physician will consult 1:1 on the results in aggregate to make sure your questions are answered.
Why it’s included: Instead of dropping the results above into a void, a lead physician at Carte will strategize with you after all results come back and you’ve had some time to experiment with changes. We’ll help you troubleshoot and think through abnormalities.

Cost: $1,999. Includes 6-month redraw
